By using ScrubHub, you agree to use it as an educational study aid, follow community safety rules, protect account access, and verify important information against your program and authoritative clinical sources.

Education only

ScrubHub supports nursing school, licensure, boards, certification preparation, and continuing review. It is not medical advice, a clinical decision system, a prescriber, a clinical instructor, or a substitute for facility policy. Do not use ScrubHub to diagnose, treat, prescribe, or make time-sensitive patient-care decisions.

AI-generated lessons, rationales, practice items, diagrams, and conversations can be incomplete or wrong. Always check official exam blueprints, course materials, medication labeling, trusted clinical references, and your instructor or qualified clinician.

Your account and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and keep sign-in credentials private.
• Use ScrubHub only for lawful personal education unless we approve another use.
• Do not disrupt the service, bypass limits, scrape content, introduce malware, impersonate another person, or access another account.
• Do not upload patient identifiers, protected health information, confidential employer information, or material you do not have permission to use.
• Do not use the community to harass, discriminate, threaten, deceive, sell prohibited goods, or share recalled/live exam questions.

Your content

You keep ownership of notes, study materials, posts, and other content you provide. You give ScrubHub a limited permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the features you choose. Quality signals may be de-identified, combined, and placed in a review queue, but a learner statement never becomes published clinical knowledge automatically. You are responsible for having the right to upload or share content.

Study-document extraction occurs in your browser. ScrubHub stores the extracted text and source filename used in a session or note, not the original study document. Media deliberately attached to a feedback report is uploaded. Do not submit patient identifiers, PHI, confidential school or employer material, or third-party content you are not allowed to use.

Subscriptions, trials, and referrals

ScrubHub offers a useful Free level. If you start a Pro trial, a payment method may be required and the checkout page will show the price and renewal terms before you confirm. Unless the checkout says otherwise, a monthly trial converts to the displayed recurring monthly price if it is not canceled before renewal. Payment processing and available cancellation tools are provided through Stripe.

Referral rewards apply only to eligible new accounts, may be limited to prevent abuse, and have no cash value. We may correct or remove rewards obtained through fraud or self-referral.

Exporting or deleting an account

Signed-in learners can use Account settings to download the account export ScrubHub currently provides, including supported private Second Brain data. You can also request account deletion there after identity confirmation. You must cancel an active paid subscription before deletion. For a known Tavus pilot conversation, ScrubHub stops account deletion if provider-side hard deletion cannot be confirmed. The legacy LiveAvatar integration has no verified provider hard-delete operation in this application, although ScrubHub removes its own supported session records and bindings. Deleting the account invalidates its sessions and removes supported associated server-side records, but it does not clear study information stored in your browser. Some payment, fraud, security, moderation, beta-administration, or incident records may be retained when reasonably necessary. AI, visual, and live-media features

• Dr. Nadi is an AI study coach, not a human clinician.
• Microphone and camera access are optional and controlled by your browser. You never need to turn on a camera to use Dr. Nadi, and a text alternative remains available.
• Other people in a live room can see video you choose to publish.
• Starting an AI voice or video session transmits the audio and any video you choose to share to the selected live-media provider. A transcript can be saved to ScrubHub notes only when you select that option. ScrubHub discards a callback transcript instead when its safety screen detects likely identifiers, secure-exam content, or restricted bulk copying.
• Long-term ScrubHub tutor memory starts off. If you turn it on, you can view, correct, delete, or clear private memory. A tutor inference is not a confirmed fact. Tavus cross-conversation memory and recording are disabled for the first pilot.
• Draft educational previews have not completed qualified clinical review and are labeled accordingly.
• Lifestyle or complementary-care comparisons never instruct you to replace prescribed therapy.

Availability and changes

Features can change, pause, or become unavailable, including third-party AI or live-video services. We may impose reasonable limits for safety, reliability, or cost. We may suspend accounts or remove content that violates these terms or creates risk.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a passing score, certification, employment outcome, uninterrupted access, or clinical accuracy. You remain responsible for your studying, submissions, professional decisions, and compliance with school, testing, employer, and licensing rules.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScrubHub is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact
